We explore the teachings of the method known as movement training all across the world (Asia, Europe, Australia).

We aim to develop and work with the concept of ‘the unified body’ by

  • extracting the valuables from various disciplines which includes the mental training model from different meditation traditions,

  • developing physical readiness from the realms like martial arts, weightlifting and calisthenics,

  • nurturing the ability to build physical rapport with others through martial art practices.

We have always been committed to bringing out vibrant connections among people and having faith in the necessity for community in this era of atomization, therefore, we are formed by people from different training and cultural backgrounds as one unit.

We are passionate about encouraging people to enable their physical beings as the vehicle towards a genuine relation to others.

Throughout the previous decade, our group has explored the world of martial arts which includes

  • modern combat sport models and traditional Kungfu methods with a well-thought bridge in between;

  • stillness and mediation as the medium for mental training;

  • strength and mobility training from various schools that includes valuables from weightlifting, calisthenics, and Kungfu;

  • acrobatics, locomotion systems, coordination research, expressive work, and object manipulation for growing specific understanding of perceptual structure within oneself and its environment, etc.
